    Biological Activity

    DWL-4-140 is a small molecule inhibitor of cyclized nucleotide-binding domain (CBD) of STING, selectively inhibits DNA-mediated IFNβ responses with IC50 of 617 nM.
    DWL-4-140 interacts with the mmSTING CBD and inhibits the formation of STING multimeric complexes.
    DWL-4-140 inhibits STING recruitment to TBK1.
    DWL-4-140 suppresses the spontaneous expression of interferon-stimulated genes (ISGs) in Trex1−/− mice.
    DWL-4-140 (5 mg/kg) effectively alleviates the lupus-like phenotype in Trex1-/- mice.
