    Biological Activity

    DYC-1 is a potent, dual-target DYRK2/HDAC8 inhibitor with IC50 of 5.27 and 8.06 nM respectively, exhibits potent antiproliferative and antitumor activity against liver cancer.
    DYC-1 exhibited superior antiproliferative activity against human liver cancer, especially SK-HEP-1 cells (IC50=0.17 uM), and had no significant inhibition on normal liver cells.
    DYC-1 (5 -10 mg/kg) showed a strong inhibitory effect on the growth of SK-HEP-1 xenograft tumors with no significant side effects.
