Biological Activity
DYRK1A/1B inhibitor 8h is a potent, selective DYRK1A/DYRK1B inhibitor with IC50 of 5 nM and 3 nM respectively.
DYRK1A/1B inhibitor 8h showed excellent cell proliferation inhibitory activity with IC50 of 3.4 uM against colon cancer cells (HCT116).
DYRK1A/1B inhibitor 8h showed remarkable cytotoxic efficacy against five colon cancer cells such as RKO, HCT116, DLD-1, SW480 and SW620 and exhibited divergent sensitivity (IC50 values of 1–38 µM).
DYRK1A/1B inhibitor 8h has excellent inhibitory activities in patient-derived colon cancer organoids model as well as in 3D spheroid assay model of SW480 and SW620.
