Daunorubicin is a chemotherapy agent used to treat multiple cancer, secifically used for acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL), chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML), and Kaposi's sarcoma.
Daunorubicin and it's derivatives are widely used as payloads in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
