EB1002 is a potent, selective, long-acting neurokinin 2 receptor (NK2R) agonist, enhances insulin sensitization.
EB1002 is highly selective against NK1R on both mouse tachykinin receptors and human tachykinin receptors.
EB1002 significantly decreases body weight, blood glucose, triglycerides and cholesterol, and ameliorates insulin resistance.
