Biological Activity
EBET-1055 is a bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET) protein degrader, effectively kills PDAC cells, and modulates cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) in PDAC.
EBET-1055 is highly potent in both PC-3 and PC-42 organoids.
EBET-1055 is composed of BET inhibitor (EBET-590), an E3 ubiquitin ligase ligand, and a linker.
EBET-1055 decreased the phosphorylation levels of STAT3 Y705, SMAD2 S465/467, and SMAD3 S423/425 in PDAC cells.
