Biological Activity

F368-0183 is a novel specific small molecule inhibitor of thyroid hormone receptor-interacting protein-13 (TRIP13) AAA+ ATPase, shows antiproliferative activity with IC50 of 5.25 μM (NCI-H929 cell line).
F368-0183 shows potent antiproliferative activity on both NCI-H929 and ARP-1 MM cell lines, with IC50 of 5.25 μM and 7.78 μM, respectively.
