FLT3 inhibitor 7c inhibits Molm-13 and MV4-11 proliferation with IC50 of 95.5 and 61.9 nM, respectively.
FLT3 inhibitor 7c inhibits FLT3 signaling in FLT3-ITD+ Molm-13 and MV4-11 cells in vitro.
FLT3 inhibitor 7c inhibits FLT3-downstream effector STAT5 phosphorylation and total STAT5 protein in Molm-13 and MV4-11 cells.
