Biological Activity
FNDR-11124 is a potent broad-spectrum inhibitor of SARS-CoV-2, influenza, KFDV and representative flaviviruses and alphaviruses, targets viral RNA-dependent RNA polymerases (RdRp) across virus families.
FNDR-11124 showed dose-dependent antiviral activity against different SARS-CoV-2 variants, including delta, kappa, and England, with an EC50 ranging from 2.4 to 3.1 μM in the Vero E6 cell by the plaque assay.
FNDR-11124 demonstrated potent antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2 and IAV/H1N1/PR8, with EC50 values of 1.1 μM and 0.9 μM, respectively.
FNDR-11124 exhibited potent inhibitory activity against hRSV and CHIKV, as well as against DENV-2, ZIKV and WNV, and KFDV.
FNDR-11124 blocks SARS-CoV-2 and IAV infections in animal studies.
