Biological Activity
FP1-24 (CK1γ Inhibitor 13) is a potent and selective CK1γ inhibitor with IC50 of 5 nM, with 8- and 50-fold selective over CK1δ and CK1α respectively, and shows activity against GSK3β.
FP1-24 (CK1γ Inhibitor 13) shows potency in the PO4-LRP6 and RKO-STF cell assay with IC50 of 0.2 uM and 0.254 uM respectively.
FP1-24 (CK1γ Inhibitor 13) (50 mg/kg, oral) inhibits CK1γ-mediated LRP6 phosphorylation in a human tumor xenograft mouse model.
