    Biological Activity

    FPND (FPMINT) is a novel specific ROCK1 kinase inhibitor with IC50 of 11.2 uM, without inhibitory activity against ROCK2.
    FPND (FPMINT) prevents atorvastatin-induced cerebral hemorrhage in zebrafish embryos (IC50=17.49 uM), by enhancing endothelial cell-cell junctions through inhibiting the ROCK-mediated VE-cadherin signaling pathway.
    FPMINT is a potent equilibrative nucleoside transporters (ENTs) inhibitor, more selective to ENT2 than to ENT1.
