    Biological Activity

    FPR2 agonist MR-39 is a ureidopropanamide agonist of formyl peptide receptor-2 (FPR2) with EC50 of 3.9 uM.
    MR-39 reduces IL-1β and TNF-α levels in LPS-stimulated microglial cells.
    MR-39 elicits FPR2-mediated anti-inflammatory effects in rat microglia and also displays suitable pharmacokinetic characteristics.
