FPR agonist Compound 43 is a potent agonist of human formyl-peptide-like 1 receptor (hFPRL1, FPR2) with EC50 of 44 nM (hFPRL1-mediated Ca2+ mobilization).
FPR agonist Compound 43 inhibited neutrophil (PMN) migration with IC50 of 1 uM.
FPR agonist Compound 43 showed a dose-dependent inhibition of ear swelling in mice following oral administration.
