Fam20C inhibitor 3r is a novel small-molecule inhibitor of Fam20C that induces apoptosis and inhibits migration in triple negative breast cancer.
Fam20C inhibitor 3r has strong anti-proliferative activity in MDA-MB-231 cells, with an IC50 = 5.986 μM.
Fam20C inhibitor 3r induces apoptosis and exerts obvious anti-migration activity in MDA-MB-231 cells.
Fam20C inhibitor 3r has good therapeutic potential in TNBC xenograft model without apparent toxicity.
