Fludarabine (NSC118218) is a fluorinated purine analogue ands DNA synthesis inhibitor with antineoplastic activities.
Fludarabine inhibits the cytokine-induced activation of STAT1 and STAT1-dependent gene transcription in normal resting or activated lymphocytes.
Fludarabine also inhibits N-acetyltransferase 10 (NAT10), shows anti-leukaemia effects both in vitro and in vivo.
