Foxy-5 is a novel Wnt-5A mimicking hexapeptide that inhibits breast cancer metastasis in vivo by targeting cell motility; also significantly inhibits the initial metastatic dissemination of prostate cancer cells to regional and distal lymph nodes, specifically targets invasion without affecting apoptosis or viability of WNT5A-low prostate cancer cells.
