GLA-1-1 reduces autofluorescent deposits and RPE abnormalities in Lamp2a-/- mice as detected by FAF, OCT, and confocal microscopy.
GLA-1-1 preserves retinal structure, RPE morphology, and visual function in Lamp2a-/- mice.
GLA-1-1 attenuates Lamp2a deficiency-associated lipid accumulation in the RPE and reduces Bruch's membrane thickening.
GLA-1-1 restores lysosome-dependent degradative abnormalities in CMA-deficient Lamp2a-/- mice.
