GPR120 agonist 4x exhibits no significant activity against hGPR40 (EC50>5 uM), no inhibitory activity against a broad panel of receptors and ion channels.
GPR120 agonist 4x also has an EC50 of 143 nM in β-arrestin assays.
GPR120 agonist 4x demonstrates in vivo antidiabetic activity in mice.
