GX-674 is a potent, selective Nav1.7 inhibitor with IC50 of 0.1 nM.
GX-674 inhibits Nav1.7 with much higher potency than most other Nav isoforms: Nav1.7 ~ Nav1.2 > Nav1.6 >>Nav1.1 > Nav1.8 > Nav1.3 > Nav1.4 ~ Nav1.5, and 100,000 times greater than that of the cardiac isoform Nav1.5.
