    HDAC6-AR-IN-10 is a potent dual HDAC6/AR inhibitor with IC50 of 35.6 nM/<30 nM, shows weak inhibition on HDAC1/2/3 (IC50>1 uM).
    HDAC6-AR-IN-10 inhibits AR signaling and reduces the AR protein levels in LNCaP cells.
    HDAC6-AR-IN-10 is a useful tool compound in pharmacology studies to evaluate the value of dual inhibition of AR and HDAC6.
