Biological Activity

HSK205 is potent, dual FLT3/haspin kinase inhibitor, inhibits haspin and FLT3 at 97% and 94% at 50 nM respectively.
HSK205 inhibits the FLT3-ITD and FLT3 D835Y enzyme with IC50 of 0.199 nM and 0.187 nM.
HSK205 could bind to haspin with Kd = 0.55 nM.
HSK205 has remarkable potencies against FLT3-driven AML cell lines, inhibiting proliferation with GI50 values between 2–25 nM.
HSK205 inhibits the phosphorylation of both FLT3 and histone H3 (a haspin target) in cells.
