    Biological Activity

    HT105 (HT-105) is a potent, peptidomimetic of calcium-inducing domain (CID) that disrupts the CD95-PLCγ1 interaction, abrogates the CD95-mediated Ca2+ response in mouse PBLs with IC50 of 38 nM.
    HT105 exerted a potent cytotoxic effect against a large panel of tumor cell lines, unlike DB550, HT105 possesses off-target effects responsible for triggering a cell-death program in tumor cells.
