ICA-121431 is a potent, selective small molecule human Nav1.3/Nav1.1 channel inhibitor with IC50 of 19 nM.
ICA-121431 exhibits up to 1,000-fold selectivity over other TTX-sensitive or resistant (i.e., Nav1.5) sodium channels.
ICA-121431 also shows an intermediate sensitivity (IC50=240 nM) for Nav1.2.
