Biological Activity

IRA10L is a specific small molecule inhibitor of IL-36 receptor (IL-36R), inhibits IL-36-induced hCXCL1 secretion in HT29 cells with IC50 of 4.72 µM for IL-36γ, 5.81 µM for IL-36α, 14.55 µM for IL-36β, and 6.49 µM for the IL-36α/β/γ cocktail.
IRA10L suppresses multiple IL-36 induced cytokines and signaling pathways.
IRA10L directly binds to IL-36 receptor with SPR KD of 64.1 uM.
IRA10L inhibits IL-36α/β/γ-induced metabolic activity and migration in cancer cells, suppresses IL-36α/β/γ-facilitated spheroid growth.
IRA10L suppresses IL-36-induced colony formation in cancer cells.
