Imatinib (STI571) is a multi-kinase inhibitor of v-Abl, c-Kit and PDGFR with IC50 of 0.6 uM, 0.1 uM and 0.1 uM in cell-free or cell-based assays.
Imatinib (STI571) inhibits the SLF-dependent activation of wild-type c-kit kinase activity with IC50 of 0.1 uM.
Imatinib (STI571) exhibits growth-inhibitory activity on NCI-H727 cell and BON-1 cell with IC50 of 32.4 and 32.8 uM, respectively; active in vivo.
