Imatinib mesylate inhibits the SLF-dependent activation of wild-type c-kit kinase activity with IC50 of 0.1 uM.
Imatinib mesylate exhibits growth-inhibitory activity on NCI-H727 cell and BON-1 cell with IC50 of 32.4 and 32.8 uM, respectively; active in vivo.
