JB2019A (JB2019) reduces arrhythmia and cardiac remodeling in both acute adrenergic and chronic TAC stress conditions.
JB2019A (JB2019) attenuates TAC-induced cardiac oxidative stress and abnormalities in mitochondrial structure.
JB2019A (JB2019) treatment also reduces oxidative stress, decreasing ROS levels and mitochondrial structural changes.
JB2019A (JB2019) reverses metabolic stress-induced cardiac dysfunction in both HFpEF mice and cardiac organoids.
