Biological Activity

JH-XIII-05-01 is a potent, dual IRAK1/IRAK4 degrader with enzymetic IC50 of 43 nM and 16 nM, DC50 of 65 nM and 3.6 uM respectively.
JH-XIII-05-01 showes superior antiproliferative activity compared with its nondegrading parental inhibitor JH-XI-82-01.
JH-XIII-05-01 enhances apoptosis and synergizes with covalent and noncovalent BTK inhibitors, BTK degraders, and the BCL-2 inhibitor venetoclax in MYD88 mutant lymphomas.
