Biological Activity
Jun13133 is a potent selective antiviral against Enterovirus D68 (EV-D68) isolates and EV-A71 targeting EV-D68 3C protease (3Cpro) with IC50 of 28.6 nM.
Jun14619 exhibits consistent single-digit nanomolar antiviral potency across all EV-D68 strains with EC50 values ranging from 16 to 39 nM.
Jun13133 shows little to no activity against host cysteine proteases, including UCHL3, USP30, USP11, USP21, USP10, USP5, USP9X, and calpain 1.
Jun13133 significantly reduces the viral tite in EV-D68 infection neurological mouse model study.
