Biological Activity

KGP265 is a water-soluble phosphate prodrug salt of benzosuberene-based tubulin-binding agent KGP18.
KGP265 exhibits cytotoxicity against human cancer cell lines SK-OV-3, NCI-H460, and DU-145 with IC50 of <10 nM.
KGP265 caused significant growth delay in both MDA-MB-231 and 4T1 breast tumors, with no obvious systemic toxicity.
