KGP594 at 0.5 μM demonstrates 51% inhibition of colchicine binding.
KGP591 (200 nM) treatment results in G2/M cell cycle arrest of MDA-MB-231 cells.
KGP591 disrupts microtubule structure and cell morphology in MDA-MB-231 cells, and demonstrates significant inhibition of MDA-MB-231 cell migration in a wound healing (scratch) assay.
