Biological Activity

Seldegamadlin (KT-253, KT253) is a potent, selective heterobifunctional MDM2 degrader (DC50=0.4 nM) and p53 stabilizer.
KT-253 inhibits the proliferation of cancer cell RS4;11 with IC50 of 0.3 nM.
KT-253 arrests the cell cycle at G2/M phase, and induces apoptosis.
KT 253 triggered rapid apoptosis and sustained tumor regression in p53 wild-type acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) xenograft models.
