Tirbanibulin mesylate (KX2-391 mesylate) is a highly selective, non-ATP competitive substrate-pocket-directed Src/pretubulin inhibitor.
Tirbanibulin mesylate (KX2-391 mesylate) inhibits c-Src kinase with GI50s of 1.34 uM and 2.30 μM in NIH3T3/c-Src527F and SYF/c-Src527F cells, respectively.
Tirbanibulin mesylate (KX2-391 mesylate) causes microtubule disruption in tumor cells; orally active.
