Biological Activity
KYH1942 is a specific small-molecule inhibitor targeting IL-33/ST2 signaling, suppresses IL-33-induced Treg activation and proliferation.
KYH1942 reduces IL-33-induced Foxp3 and Ki-67 expression in a dose-dependent manner, downregulates key immune checkpoint molecules including PD-1, CTLA-4, TIM3, and TIGIT in Treg cells.
KYH1942 shows directly bind to IL-33(C259A) with MST Kd of 48.37 uM.
KYH1942 is capable of inhibiting the IL-33/ST2 interaction, achieving 43–53% inhibition at 0.3 µM and 55–68% inhibition at 3 µM. reduces stability and proliferation of tumor-infiltrating Treg cells ex vivo.
