Biological Activity
LAG-3 inhibitor 11 is a potent, small molecule LAG-3 inhibitor, binds LAG-3 with MST KD of 0.41 uM, demonstrates disruption of the LAG-3/MHC II interaction in a cellular assay with EC50 of 0.31 uM.
LAG-3 inhibitor 11 (10 uM) induces a significant increase in IFN-γ secretion, mirroring the effect observed with relatlimab, in PBMCs cocultured with THP-1 AML cells.
LAG-3 inhibitor 11 (10 uM) enhances AML cell killing, effectively potentiates immune responses against AML.
LAG-3 inhibitor 11 activates immune effector responses across both hematological and epithelial cancer models.
