    Biological Activity

    LAG-3 inhibitor SA-15-P is a small molecule dual inhibitor of LAG-3/MHCII and LAG-3/FGL1 interactions with IC50 of 4.21 and 6.52 uM, respectively.
    SA-15-P blocks LAG-3-mediated interactions in coculture cellular assays.
    SA-15-P inhibits the interaction between both proteins expressed on cell surfaces with IC50 of 6.95 uM.
    SA-15-P is a cell-active dual inhibitor of the interactions of LAG-3 with major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II and fibrinogen-like protein 1 (FGL1).
