    Biological Activity

    LAGi-DEL is a potent small molecule LAG-3 inhibitor, binds directly to LAG-3 with Kd value of 97 nM (SPR) and 271 nM (MST), disrupts the LAG-3/MHC-II interaction with EC50 of 138 nM.
    LAGi-DEL (10 μM) significantly increased IFN-γ secretion in PBMCs upon co-culturing with THP-1 cells, suggesting restored T cell activation.
    LAGi-DEL enhances tumor cell killing in a dose-dependent manner.
