    LCL204 is a small molecule that inhibits N-myristoyltransferase (NMT1) with IC50 of 8.7 uM, 10-fold enhanced inhibitory potency than LCL4.
    LCL204 blocks Src myristoylation and Src localization to the cytoplasmic membrane.
    LCL204 attenuates Src-mediated oncogenic signaling, suppresses cell-cycle progression, proliferation, and malignant growth of prostate cancer cells.
