LDD1937 is a selective, potent FLT3 inhibitor with IC50 of 3 nM, displays >170-fold selectivity over JAK2/3, c-MET, IRAK-4.
LDD1937 selectively inhibits the growth of MV-4-11 cells (GI50=1 nM) and induces apoptotic cell death, causes cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase and increases the cell population at the sub-G1 phase.
LDD1937 significantly reduces phosphorylation of STAT5, demonstrates in vivo anti-tumor effect in MV-4-11 xenograft models.
