    LEO 29102 (LEO29102) is a potent, selective, and soft-drug PDE4 inhibitor with IC50 of 5 nM (PDE4D), inhibits TNFα release from hPBMCs stimulated with LPS with IC50 of 16 nM.
    LEO 29102 shows less than 10% inhibition of PDE1-PDE11 at 1 μM, PDE6 not tested)。
    LEO 29102 has properties suitable for patient-friendly formulations giving efficient drug delivery to the skin.
