Biological Activity

LM189 (LM-189) a potent, selective Gαi-biased agonist of β2-adrenergic receptor (β2AR) with Ki of 0.063 nM, also bind to the β1AR with lower affinity (Ki=28 nM).
LM189 is equally efficacious for the Gi1, Gi2, and Gi3 subtypes.
LM189 restricts the conformational heterogeneity of the ligand binding pocket of β2AR-Gi complex.
LM189 stabilizes a Gi-specific TM6 conformation.
