LOM612 is a potent FOXO relocator and activator, potently activates nuclear translocation of FOXO with EC50 of 1.5 uM in cell-based FOXO reporter assays.
LOM612 potently induces FOXO translocation in a dose-dependent manner.
LOM612 shows no effect on the nuclear export of endogenous NFKB2 transcription factor.
LOM612 efficiently induces translocation of endogenous FOXO3a and FOXO1, increases FOXO target genes p27 and FasL in U2OS cells.
LOM612 compromises the viability of human cancer cell lines(HepG2 cells, IC50=0.64 uM).
