LY2940094 displays high selectivity versus classical opioid receptors (μ, δ, and κ).
LY2940094 inhibits fasting-induced feeding, inhibits feeding and body weight regain in dietary-induced obese mice.
LY2940094 also shows antidepressant-like effects in rodent models and antidepressant efficacy in patients with major depressive disorder (MDD).
