LZJ66 (STAT3-IN-20, Compound 40) exhibits significant antiproliferative effect against DU145 cells with an IC50 value of 2.97 uM. LZJ66 (STAT3-IN-20, Compound 40) directly bind and target the STAT3 protein to inhibit the function of the STAT3 SH2 domain with an intensity equivalent to that of the Stattic positive control.
