Chemical Structure : Lanatoside C
CAS No.: 17575-22-3
Catalog No.: PC-24059Not For Human Use, Lab Use Only.
Lanatoside C is a cardiac glycoside, has an IC50 of 0.19 μM for dengue virus (DENV) infection in HuH-7 cells, also potently inhibits FOXP3 activity by causing degradation of RUNX1, directly binds the E3 ligase STUB1 (ITC, Ka=13 uM).

Lanatoside C effectively inhibits all four serotypes of dengue virus, flavivirus Kunjin, alphavirus Chikungunya, Sindbis virus and the human enterovirus 71.
Lanatoside C increases polyubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of RUNX1, disrupts the FOXP3/RUNX1 complex.
Lanatoside C inhibits Tregs activity and promotes antitumor immunity in a mouse primary lung cancer model.
Lanatoside C synergizes with PD-1 inhibitor to shrink lung cancers driven by mutant KRAS in a mouse model.
