Biological Activity

Letaplimab (IBI 188) is a CD47 blocking monoclonal antibody that specifically block the CD47-SIRP-α axis, which transduces the "don't eat me" signal to macrophages.
Letaplimab (IBI 188) demonstrated the pro-phagocytosis ability in in vitro phagocytosis assays.
Letaplimab (IBI 188) treatment upregulated cell movement- and inflammation-related genes in macrophages in in vivo cancer models.
Letaplimab (IBI 188) demonstrated synergistic effect combined with anti-CD20 therapeutic antibody, which depends on antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity/phagocytosis (ADCC/ADCP).
Isotype: IgG4-kappa.
