Chemical Structure : Licoflavone B
CAS No.: 91433-17-9
Catalog No.: PC-25607Not For Human Use, Lab Use Only.
Licoflavone B is an isoprene flavonoid derived from licorice residue and potent anti-influenza agent, selectively targets the viral RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) with IC50 of 9.9 uM, effectively suppressing viral replication, also exerts anti-ulcerative colitis (UC) activity through blocking the MAPK pathway.

Licoflavone B demonstrates significant antiviral activity of licoflavone B against the influenza virus with IC50 of 6.7 uM against A/Puerto Rico/8/34 (H1N1).
Licoflavone B has a stable inhibitory effect against A/Puerto Rico/8/34 (H1N1) at 24, 48, and 72 hpi, with IC50 values of 5.4, 12.1, and 12.4 μM, respectively.
Licoflavone B shows broad inhibitory activity against A/Puerto Rico/8/34 (H1N1), followed by A/Darwin/9/2021 (H3N2).
