YC-1 elicits only minor effects on relaxation and cyclic GMP, increases the vasodilator potency of SNP and nitroglycerin (NTG) by 10 fold.
YC-1 markedly enhances SNP- and NTG-induced cyclic GMP formation at 3 uM.
