Lu AF60097 inhibited [3H]5-HT uptake with an IC50 of 207 nM in hSERT expressed in COS-7 cells.
Lu AF60097 and imipramine can block SERT synergistically.
Lu AF60097 (250 nM) increases hippocampal 5-HT levels in rat hippocampus.
