Biological Activity

M511-0965 is a small-molecule inhibitor of YAP-TEAD4, binds directly to TEAD4 with MST Kd of 2.76 uM, shows growth inhibition in MDA-MB-231 cells with IC50 of 1.135 uM.
M511-0965 (0.5 µM, 1 µM, 2 µM) impairs the biological functions of TNBC by restricting the binding of YAP-TEAD4.
TGFB2 serves as a downstream target of M511-0965 inhibiting TNBC progression.
M511-0965 inhibits the expression of TGFB2 by suppressing the binding of YAP-TEAD4, thereby inhibiting the proliferation, invasion and migration of TNBC cells and promoting cell apoptosis.
